Specialist online Chemistry support for schools and sixth forms, helping Year 12 and Year 13 students strengthen subject knowledge, improve exam technique and build confidence throughout their A-Level course.
Support is available for AQA, OCR A and Pearson Edexcel and can be delivered as a single targeted session, a structured intervention block or ongoing weekly tuition.

Year 12 and Year 13 cohorts are taught separately so that sessions remain appropriate to each stage of the A-Level course.

Marguerite specialises in helping students understand challenging Chemistry topics and develop the knowledge, confidence and exam technique required for success at A-Level.

The programme can be used flexibly according to the needs of your students. Schools may use the sessions as targeted intervention for students who are finding particular areas of A-Level Chemistry challenging, or as additional support for stronger students aiming to achieve A or A* grades.
Sessions can focus on subject knowledge, difficult topics, calculations, exam technique, application questions and higher-level problem solving.

No. The programme is not limited to remedial intervention.
Some schools may use the sessions to support students who need help closing gaps in their understanding, while others may create a group of higher-attaining students who are targeting A and A* grades and would benefit from additional challenge, exam technique and advanced question practice.

Each standard school intervention group can contain up to 10 students.

No. It is designed to complement the school's existing Chemistry provision.
It can provide additional specialist teaching, targeted intervention, stretch for higher-attaining students, revision support or extra exam preparation alongside normal classroom lessons.

Yes. Dr Marguerite Quinn is Enhanced DBS checked.
She also holds a PhD in Chemistry, a Master's in Education and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge, with more than 3,400 hours of teaching experience.
Only keep the DBS wording if the current Enhanced DBS status is accurate, as discussed.

No. The group sessions are not recorded, primarily to protect student privacy and maintain a comfortable, confidential learning environment.

Sessions are delivered live online in 60-minute lessons.
The school can arrange for students to join together from a classroom or suitable study space, or students can join individually where appropriate. The exact delivery arrangement can be agreed with the school before the programme begins.

Yes. Schools can choose a single session, six-session intervention block, ten-session programme or twelve-session term programme.
This allows a school to trial the support or address a specific need before deciding whether ongoing provision would be useful.

Yes. Programmes are available for both Year 12 and Year 13 A-Level Chemistry.
Year groups would normally be taught separately so that the content, pace and exam preparation are appropriate to the students' stage of the course.

Yes. Programmes can be structured specifically around mock examinations, Year 13 revision and final A-Level exam preparation.
Sessions can focus on identifying common weaknesses, applying knowledge to unfamiliar questions, calculation skills, interpreting exam wording and producing answers that meet mark-scheme requirements.

Yes. Schools can also enquire about revision masterclasses and intensive Chemistry sessions for larger groups, including support during the run-up to mocks, Easter revision and final examinations.
These can be discussed separately from the standard small-group intervention programme.
